All products (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations. You will receive tracking details in your email once the product is shipped with which you will be able to track the product.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to take delivery of the package. To the product need to be replaced, the customer is supposed to send the photos of damaged products to us. After analyzing the damages, we will decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular product is not in stock to replace, we will provide a full refund. We make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Change in the shipping address

Orders can be delivered only to the recipient’s residential or work location. The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like hotels, restaurants, malls, on-street, etc.
