We always do our best to take care of our valuable customers. All products listed on our website are eligible for 7 days standard return/replacement.
In the unlikely event of any product that you have purchased is damaged or incorrect then you may return your product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to Click N Cart in a resalable & unused condition. The product must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories or free gifts within 7 days from the day it was delivered.
In any category or in any circumstances, unboxing video is mandatory for any return, refund or replacement/exchange request except products which require installation from Manufacturer i.e. Heavy house hold items like AC, Refrigerator, LED TV, Vacuum cleaner, Washing machine, Heavy Furniture, etc. In such a case, a technical person of the Manufacturer will only un-boxing the product and confirm that product is damaged/faulty and need to be replaced.
How to return a product
Return/replacement/refund requests in the return window will eligible after following the below steps.
Step 1: Record un-boxing video within 24 hours from the date of delivery with the date and time stamp.
Step 2: Send video file to firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 3: Call on support no. 07435808182 and provide confirmation for video sent and explain the exact problem which you facing with the product.
Step 4: Our technical team will diagnose the issue and tries to resolve it over call through trouble shooting.
Step 5: If our technical team will fail to rectify your issue, provide a suitable time to pick up the damaged/faulty material from your place free of cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it’s approved, then your refund will be initiated from our side within 48 hours and screenshot of payment transfer will be shared on registered mobile number.
