Cancellation Policy

Click N Cart is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive experience for all of our shoppers. You can cancel your order before the order is shipped or even after the order has been shipped and invoiced.


To cancel an order, please go through the “My Account > Orders” section on the website. Click on the “Cancel Order” button and select products to be canceled. Once the cancellation process is complete, you will receive a confirmation mail to the registered email address and the amount will be refunded back within 5-7 business days.


Click N Cart solely reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of any discrepancy. There may be certain orders that we might be unable to accept and must cancel due to certain reasons. A few reasons for cancellation from our end include inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, limitations on quantities available for purchase, or problems identified in pricing. If the customer has placed the order and payment is made and if we are unable to provide the product, the full amount will be refunded to the customer. In case your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
